We offer expert nutrition counseling for individuals struggling with disordered eating and clinically diagnosed eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, overeating, orthorexia, ARFID, and OSFED.

Additionally, we specialize in diabetes education and management, as well as the nutritional care of prediabetes and PCOS. No complicated or unsustainable diets, tailored for your lifestyle.

  • We utilize an individualized and holistic approach to nutrition, guided by an anti-diet, weight-inclusive/HAES lens. This approach incorporates building strong relationships, mindfulness, intuitive eating, and promoting balanced movement to improve the relationship between food + body + mind.

    Sessions are provided in an inclusive, nonjudgmental, and trauma-informed space.

  • Schedule a free 15-minute consultation to connect + discuss your nutrition goals with an eating disorder specialist. If we make a great fit, we’ll schedule an Initial Session (60 minutes) and continue with Follow-Up Sessions (30 minutes) on a weekly or as-needed basis.

    No packages or long-term commitments are required.

  • We offer virtual sessions from our secure HIPAA-compliant platform. In-person sessions are available in New York City and Brooklyn.

    Virtual services are available in the states of Arizona, Colorado, Michigan, Montana, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Texas, and Washington.

    Flexible session availability: We offer our nutrition services in the morning and evening (from 6 pm to 10 pm EST) and on weekends (10-12 pm EST) to fit your schedule.

  • Olive Branch Nutrition accepts Insurance plans: Anthem BCBS, Anthem NY, Cigna, Oscar, Oxford Freedom, and UnitedHealthcare. Contact your insurance company to confirm nutrition sessions are covered under your plan (CPT 97802). Superbills are provided for possible insurance reimbursement for out-of-network benefits.

    Major Debit/Credit Cards, Zelle, Venmo, and FSA accounts are also accepted.
