Olive Branch Nutrition utilizes an individualized and holistic approach to nutrition through an anti-diet, weight-inclusive/HAES lens that incorporates building strong relationships, mindfulness, intuitive eating, and promoting balanced movement to improve the relationship between food + body + mind.
Sessions are provided in an inclusive, nonjudgmental, and trauma-informed space. -
Schedule a free 15-minute consultation to connect + discuss your nutrition goals. If we make a great fit, we’ll schedule an Initial Session (60 minutes) and continue with Follow-Up Sessions (30 minutes) on a weekly or as-needed basis.
No packages or long-term commitments are required. -
We offer virtual sessions from our secure HIPAA-compliant platform. In-person sessions are available in New York City and Brooklyn.
Virtual services are available in the states of Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.
Flexible morning, evening, and weekend sessions are offered to fit your schedule. -
Olive Branch Nutrition accepts Insurance plans: Anthem BCBS, Anthem NY, Cigna, Oscar, Oxford Freedom, and United Health Care through Zaya. Superbills are provided for possible insurance reimbursement for out-of-network benefits.
Major Debit/Credit Cards, Zelle, Venmo, and FSA accounts are also accepted.
